Keeping students, faculty, staff, and visitors safe is the Lander University Police Department’s top priority. In addition to a 24-hour certified police force, Lander has emergency call boxes on campus, a campus alert siren, and text-messaging system to quickly notify those on campus of emergencies. The LU Police believe that awareness is vital to keeping campus safe, and offers many safety and crime prevention programs and resources.
