Lander University is committed to a comprehensive program of institutional effectiveness: the intentional, systematic, analytical and on-going process of collecting, analyzing and making decisions based on data and information related to the goals of each unit and of the University. This data and information is also used to provide accurate, relevant and timely information to external constituencies.

The Director of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for coordinating the assessment and institutional effectiveness efforts of all units within the University, including academic and support units.

Lander University follows its own internal cycle of assessment and reporting which can be seen in the Master Schedule for Assessment (PDF).
