Requirements

At Lander, an applicant is considered a transfer student if he or she has attended another post-secondary institution in any capacity after completion of high school, regardless of whether or not the student earned credit at that institution. 

Students who have earned 12 semester hours or more of college-level work (post high school graduation):

  • 2.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale at the last college attended.
  • Earned at least 12 semester hours at the last college attended; if not, all transcripts from previous institutions will be reviewed
  • Official college transcripts sent directly from every institution attended
  • Eligible to return to all previous institutions

Students who have earned fewer than 12 semester hours of college-level work (post high school graduation) and are under 21 years of age must also meet freshman admissions requirements.
