| November 1, 2023 | Application Opens for New Students |
| December 13, 2023 | All Residence Halls Close at 12:00 p.m. |
| December 13, 2023 | Fall Commencement |
| December 15, 2023 | Deadline for Spring Only Applicants to cancel Housing Application without additional fees. See section 6.3 of the Housing Contract. |
| December 16-31, 2023 | Housing Application may be cancelled for Spring Only Applicants during this time with fees added. See section 6.3 of the Housing Contract. |
| January 1, 2024 | Spring Only Housing Applicants may not cancel after this date. See section 6.3 of the Housing Contract. |
| January 4, 2024 | All Residence Halls open at 9:00 a.m. |
| January 8, 2024 | First day of Spring Classes |
| January 9, 2024 | All residents who do not take occupancy by 5:00 p.m. shall be considered a "no show" in accordance with section 4.12 of the LU Housing Contract. |
| May 1, 2024 | Spring Commencement |
| May 2, 2024 | All Residence Halls close at 5:00 p.m. |
