Spring 2026 Important Dates

Wednesday, December 3, 2025 Billing Statements will be available for Spring 2026 online.  To view your student bill, go to MyLander and sign in. Student billing/payment information is under the MY Bill card.
Friday, January 2, 2026 Bookstore purchases with financial aid will begin. The last day to purchase books with financial aid is January 17, 2026.
Wednesday, January 14, 2026 Cancellation will occur at 4:30 p.m. for all registered students who have not accepted/validated charges for the Spring 2026 semester.

Course Overload Fee

Undergraduate students enrolled in 18.01 hours or more will pay an additional $446 per credit hour.

 

Audit

Undergraduate Students: $446 Per Course

Graduate Students: $545 Per Course

 

Program Fees

BS-NURD

  • $250 Per Semester

BS-NURS

BAS BA Program

  • $25 Per Semester

BSBA Program

  • $125 Per Semester

 

Re-Registration Fee

Students whose classes were canceled and want to re-register will be charged $100.

 

Orientation Fee

Students will be required to pay $120 for the orientation program.

 

International Students

All students classified as international students will be required to participate in the Lander University International Student Insurance Program. No exceptions will be made to this policy. International students are required to purchase mandatory student medical insurance offered through an outside company. Insurance fees are:

  • Student Athlete - $1,254
  • Student Non-Athlete - $1,092

A one-time matriculation fee of $300 will be assessed for new and transferring international students.

 

Senior Citizens

Senior citizens may register for classes only after regular registration times on a space available basis at no cost.

 

Nursing Special Expenses

Special expenses for nursing students are approximately $500. For more detail, see the Nursing Policy & Procedure Manual.

 

Graduation Fee

Undergraduate: $100 
Graduate : $130 

 

Parking Permit Fee

  • Spring: $120

 

Return Check Charge

Charge for check returned by bank: $30

 

Textbooks

Allow between $500 - $600 for textbook purchases per semester. For your convenience, the Bookstore and our textbook partner, Barnes & Nobel College, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds or reduction of basic charges will be made due to a change in status (e.g. from full-time student to part-time student) after the last day to drop/add for the semester. No refunds will be made to part-time students for reduction of hours after the last day to drop/add for the semester. The date the student files written notice of withdrawal with the Registrar's Office is the date in determining refunds. Refunds will be determined according to the policy in the current catalog and will be processed within 30 days of date of withdrawal.

In the event the University must suspend or close due to force majeure, no adjustment of tuition and fees and/or financial aid, shall be made. “Force majeure” shall mean any cause or event, which is outside of the University and may include war, flood, storm, epidemic or financial exigency.
