Gamma Phi Beta is a philanthropic organization that works to "inspire the Highest type of Womanhood." In order to do this in our Lander Community, our organization volunteers at Connie Maxwell Children's Home in Greenwood, SC. Our sisters participate in crafts and holiday themed activities with the children in the home. We also work to raise money for our philanthropic partners, Girls on the Run and The Gamma Phi Beta foundation. Girls on the Run is an Organization that works with young girls to inspire them to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running. The Gamma Phi Beta Foundation is an education-based foundation that works to support and inspire the lifelong development of women.

About Gamma Phi Beta - Zeta Eta, Lander University:
The four core values of Gamma Phi Beta are Love, Labor, Learning and Loyalty. Members strive to live their values through a growing sisterhood, philanthropy, focus on scholarship, and building the bonds of sisterhood within the organization. Members in this chapter have received recognition as Outstanding New Member of the Year and President of the Year. Zeta Eta also received recognition as Most Improved Chapter at the 2016 Greek Awards!
