Transfer Orientation

Transfer Students are new and incoming students with more than 12 credit hours and have attended a college or undergraduate institution for an academic semester or more.

New students are required to attend and complete the one-day orientation program.

NEXT STEPS

  1. Complete Health & Wellness Requirements
    1. Students must complete their required health and immunization information before attending Orientation. Individual requirements can be found through the Wellness Center Patient Portal for Immunizations, Consent for Treatment, and the Health Services form.
    2. To access the portal, students must first set up their Lander email account, visit MyLander, and select the Wellness Center Patient Portal. Students must be admitted to Lander before they can access the Wellness Center Patient Portal.
  2. Complete the Lander University Orientation course. All transfer students are automatically enrolled in a required Transfer Orientation course in Blackboard. Students must complete the course by the first day of classes. Students remain enrolled in the Blackboard course for up to one year.
  3. Review the Accepted Student Checklist and begin completing needed items.
