What If The Information I Want/Need Is Not Visible to Me?

Some information (tests, homework, quizzes, assignments, HIPAA protected information, etc.) is not available through Proxy Access.

Can I Change My Student's Schedule?

No, guests with proxy access are not able to make any changes to student schedules.

Are There Records That A Proxy Cannot See?

Yes. View-only access is limited by vendor functionality, the access your student grants you, and university policy. Emails, texts, tests, homework, quizzes, and HIPPA protected records are examples of records you are not allowed to see.
