Electronic Form 1095-C Available January 30, 2026
Form 1095-C will now be available electronically through your MyLander account. For first time users, instructions are provided below on how to view and print your electronic Form 1095-C.
If you request a copy of your Form 1095-C, it will be provided within 30 days of the request or by the standard January 31 deadline, whichever is later.
