Design Minor
The design minor prepares students to work in modern media production through hands-on experience and an understanding of how successful media works. Students who are pursuing a major in an area other than art may pursue a minor in design.
Media & Communication Minor
A minor in media and communication is designed to help you gain a broad understanding of the mass media and learn about the elements at work in the media today. This minor is not open to Media and Communication majors.
Public Relations Minor
The public relations minor is designed for students interested in careers within public relations, whether they are within organizations related to advertising, business, community affairs, education, entertainment, government, nonprofits, politics and campaigns or tourism.
Sports Media Minor
The sports media is one of the fastest growing areas in the world of the media and this minor will lay the foundation to prepare students to enter the field of sports media.
