You are passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life. Whether assisting a child with developmental challenges, helping someone recover after injury, or supporting older adults in maintaining independence, occupational therapy combines science, creativity, and compassionate care.
The Exercise Science, Pre-Occupational Therapy concentration prepares you for graduate study through coursework in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology, motor learning, health psychology, and exercise science. You'll develop an understanding of how movement, behavior, and wellness work together to improve everyday function while gaining valuable hands-on experiences through internships and faculty-guided learning.
