Fourteen Lander University students were celebrated for choosing to study abroad for the Spring 2026 semester during a study abroad send-off. Lauren Corbitt, senior lecturer of Spanish and director of Study Abroad, told the students to be curious, open and present while they are abroad. There, students were given a few Lander gifts to take abroad, including a pennant to take photos with.
