Lander University Announces Faculty Tenure and Promotions

faculty tenure and promotionsOn the recommendation of the provost and the University Tenure and Promotions Committee, Lander University President Dr. Richard Cosentino announced the decision to promote and/or grant tenure to outstanding members of the Lander faculty beginning in the upcoming 2025-26 academic year. Tenure and promotions are awarded to faculty who have excelled in teaching, scholarship and service at Lander.

Promoted to the rank of Professor is Dr. Andrew Schwendemann, of the College of Science and Mathematics.

Promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, with tenure, are Dr. Dori Dahlberg, of the College of Nursing, Human Performance and Health Sciences; Dr. Elyse Donaubauer, of the College of Science and Mathematics; Dr. Kelli Horne, of the College of Business and Technology; Dr. Trevor Leach, of the College of Science and Mathematics; Dr. Bruna Lynch, of the College of Nursing, Human Performance and Health Sciences; Dr. Tamara Pack, of the College of Education; and Dr. Rachel Schiera, of the College of Education.

Promoted to the rank of Senior Lecturer are Patty Griffin, of the College of Science and Mathematics, and Michelle Scott, of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.

Promoted to the rank of Associate Librarian is Casey Anthony, of the Jackson Library.
