Lander University retiree Alan MacTaggart, Professor Emeritus of Art and former Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, far right, and Bob Stoner, former Sports Information Director, reconnect with others during the annual Retirees Brunch on April 24.
The event recognizes retired employees including former professors, deans, department directors and staff members. Former First Lady Barbara Jackson was also on hand to join in the midday gathering.
It was a time of socializing and sharing memories with old friends while hearing the latest on university developments. Part of the catching up included reports from the President's Cabinet who informed retirees about upcoming plans, challenges, and growth the University was anticipating.
