Established and endowed in 2005 by a gift from Eaton Corporation, the scholarship is awarded to business majors based on merit. Lander business major Brandon Felder, right, of Blackville, has received the Thomas N. Scales Scholarship in Health Care Management. Established in 1999 by family and friends in memory of Thomas N. Scales, a dedicated hospital, mental health and nursing home administrator, the scholarship is awarded to health care management majors who demonstrate potential for creative, caring leadership in the health care field.
