Lander University and Greenwood Partnership Alliance recently hosted the inaugural International Student Social and Supper, honoring Lander's more than 80 international students who come from 27 countries. About 150 people attended the dinner, which gave international students an opportunity to meet Lander faculty and staff, as well as many Greenwood-area business leaders and community members. The students also spoke on their positive experiences at Lander and in the Greenwood community, and thanked their professors, administrators and host families. The event concluded with entertainment provided by several Lander students from South Korea.
