Effective September 14, 2020, there is a $10 charge for each Official Electronic Transcript, mailed transcript or faxed transcript request. Payment will be accepted with any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is processed.

Transcripts will not be provided for persons whose financial obligations to the University have not been satisfied. If you have a hold on your account, please contact the Lander University Business Office at 864-388-8088.

Students who attended Lander University prior to the Fall of 1986 must contact the Registrar’s Office at 864-388-8503.

Option 1 – Official Electronic Transcript

PLEASE NOTE: eTranscripts should not be sent to your personal email address. Only the intended recipient will be able to open the eTranscript, therefore it cannot be forwarded. If the eTranscript is printed or saved it will become unofficial. If you need to view your records or need a copy of your unofficial transcript, please refer to option 3.

Request an official electronic transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse.

A PDF document will be sent to the specified email address. You may include any necessary documents that should be attached to your official transcripts by uploading them during the online process. There is a $10 charge for each Official Electronic Transcript ordered. Payment will be accepted with any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is processed.

 

Option 2 – Mailed/Faxed Transcript

Request an official paper copy to be sent by standard mail or an unofficial copy sent by fax by following the steps below. Please read all the instructions before placing your order.

Please allow 2 business days for processing. However, allow extra time for processing at peak periods (registration, end-of-term and commencement). There is a $10 charge for each mailed or faxed transcript request. Payment will be accepted with any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is processed. Requests for office pick up are not available, so an address must be provided for mailing.

 

  1. Order a Lander University Transcript - TouchNet Marketplace – Once you place your order proceed to step 2. Your card will not be charged until the order is processed.
  2. Login to Bearcat Web. For first time users, your PIN will be your date of birth (MMDDYY).
  3. From the “Main Menu,” choose “Request Printed Academic Transcript”
  4. Complete required fields and submit.
  5. You may check on the status of your request by choosing, “View Status of Transcript Requests.”

 

Option 3 – Unofficial Printed Transcript

View or print your unofficial transcript from your Bearcat Web account by following the steps below:

  • Login to Bearcat Web. For first time users, your PIN will be your date of birth (MMDDYY).
  • From the “Main Menu,” choose “Student”
  • Select “Student Records”
  • Select “Academic Transcript,” then click “Submit”

 

Release of an Academic Transcript to a Second Party

The second party must present a written authorization stating allowance to obtain the transcript which includes the student's signature and birth date. The second party must present identification when requesting the transcript in person.
