For the first time in program history, the Lander men’s basketball team is headed to the NCAA Division II Final Four! In a thrilling Elite Eight matchup in Pittsburgh on Wednesday night, the fifth-seeded Bearcats rallied from a halftime deficit to defeat fourth-seeded Daemen University 77-74.
The Bearcats move on to the National Semifinals to face the top-seeded defending champions, Nova Southeastern.
