Lander University political science major Christopher Ty Grogan, right, of Greenwood, has been selected to receive the Bill and Emily Bradford Scholarship, honoring the late J. William and Emily Bradford. The scholarship was established in 2005 by the Bradfords' three sons and is designed for students majoring in political science.
