Lander’s music program offers the individual attention necessary to help you achieve your goals. Our music curriculum is designed to heighten your musical awareness and to cultivate your appreciation for the broadest possible spectrum of music. You will study the works of master musicians from all stylistic periods. You will be given the opportunity to perform as a soloist and as a member of one of our preeminent ensembles.

More than two dozen Lander University students were recently honored for their academic accomplishments in the College of Arts and Humanities.
Ethan Richardson, a Lander University freshman whose musical talent secured a spot for him with the national Salvation Army Band and ultimately to the Rose Parade, held Jan. 1 in Pasadena, Calif.
Lander University sophomore music major Abigail Smith, of Gainesville, Ga., has been selected to participate in the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Mid-Atlantic Region Student Auditions.
