Lander University sociology majors Shakeyta Waller, left, of Greenwood, and Stacee Whittle, right, of Abbeville, have been selected to receive the Greenwood Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Board Scholarship. Established in 2000 by The Greenwood Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Board, the scholarship is awarded to full-time juniors or seniors preparing for a career in the human services area. Recipients must be a resident of Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick or Saluda County. Waller and Whittle are pictured with Linda Carson, Lander instructor of sociology.
