Lander University political science major Christopher Ty Grogan of Greenwood has been selected to receive the Bill and Emily Bradford Scholarship, honoring the late J. William and Emily Bradford. The scholarship was established in 2005 by the Bradfords' three sons and is awarded annually to a student majoring in political science.
