Chipley Hall is a three-story women's residence hall located at the center of the Lander campus.
Two students are assigned to a room; two rooms share a bathroom, forming a suite. Beds can be raised to loft position. The lobby features a lounge area with cable TV. A washer and dryer facility is located in the basement.
