Members of ESSOStudent Organization Annual Registration

Every club and organization MUST complete the annual registration process each academic year. This year’s process begins July 1. Please review all the information below and contact the Student Activities if you have any questions.             


Registration Process

  • Student Organization Summer Contact Update: Form opens on April 6, 2020 and closes on May 5, 2020.
    ​This form must be completed by all student organizations in order to remain active during the summer months. If this form is not completed, you will not receive any updated information.
  • Student Organization Registration Form: Form opens on July 1, 2020 and closes on September 11, 2020.
    This form must be completed by all organizations that wish to remain active during the 2020-2021 academic year. Each organization must complete the following information and submit this as part of the registration: Updated constitution, Membership and Grade Roster, and the Advisor Agreement. Please make sure to take some time and update your constitution. Your constitution should have all the updates and current practices your organization is doing now. If you need assistance, please contact your advisor or sign up to meet with our team ( The membership and grade roster will not need to have signatures going forward; however, it must have L#s for each student in the organization. If the student’s correct L# and email address is not on the list, it will not count in our overall count.
    If this form is not completed, you will not receive any updated information.


Important Dates

  • Presidents' Meetings: Begins in the Fall of 2020. All dates will be given during the Student Organization Summit (SOS). 
    ALL clubs and organizations are required to attend the monthly meetings for specific updates and trainings offered during this time.
  • Student Organization Summit: Friday, August 28, 2020-Saturday, August 29, 2020
    All student organizations are to attend the student organization summit. The President’s Leadership Workshop will be on Friday, August 28 from 3:00 pm-8:00 pm. The Summit will be on Saturday, August 29 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. All presidents are expected to attend the Leadership Workshop and at least two representatives must attend on Saturday. Saturday’s summit is opened to your executive board and to other members of your organization. 
  • Lander Leadership Conference: TBD
    There will be two Lander Leadership Conferences this year. All organizations must send at least two representatives each semester to the Lander Leadership Conference. Dates will be released soon.
  • Student Organization Advisor Session: TBD
    Student organization advisors will have at least two-three different opportunities during the Fall semester to attend this workshop. Your advisor must attend one of these sessions.
