Lander Film Festival
April 6, 2019 6:30 p.m. Abney Cultural Center Auditorium FALS Event

Founded in 2010, the Lander Film Festival includes filmmakers from all ages and backgrounds who can compete in one of three divisions: Open, College, or Young Filmmakers (high school or younger). Each participant receives a unique line of dialogue, written by Hollywood writers and directors, and then have two weeks to write, cast, shoot and edit a short film that creatively integrates the given line in some way. The film festival will showcase these submissions on Saturday, April 6, at 6:30 p.m. in the Lander University Cultural Center Auditorium. There is no admission charge for daytime events. Admission for the awards ceremony is $5 for students and $10 for general admission.

Students seeking FALS credit must provide a valid Lander ID when attending this event.
