Lander Students Crown Homecoming King and Queen

Lander University students chose their 2020 Homecoming King and Queen at the end of a week-long celebration featuring spirited competitions and activities.

Miles Garcia McInerney, of Landrum, and Madison Elaine Copeland, of Bishopville, were crowned during halftime ceremonies of the Lander men's and women's Homecoming Day basketball games against Francis Marion. Both business administration majors, the two were sponsored by Zeta Tau Alpha.

First runner-ups were Sofia Frick, a senior business administration major from Tega Cay, and Bryson Lee Southard, a junior special education major from Moncks Corner.
