Lander University is inviting Greenwood-area businesses and organizations to take part in the school's annual CommUniversity event on Wednesday, Sept. 14, from noon - 2 p.m. in the Grier Student Center.
Blending the words "community" and "university," the popular CommUniversity event routinely attracts hundreds of Lander students who want to see what their new community and its businesses have to offer.
During the event, area businesses and organizations can provide students with samples, coupons and promotional items, as well as introduce them to service projects.
