Lander University sociology major Toi Johnson, right, of Laurens, has been selected to receive the Greenwood Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Board Scholarship. Established in 2000 by The Greenwood Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Board, the scholarship is awarded to full-time juniors or seniors preparing for a career in the human services area. Recipients must be residents of Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick or Saluda county. Johnson is pictured with Meredith Uttley, Lander's chair of the Department of Political and Social Sciences.
