Lander University student Kevin Blackmon of Chapin, a business administration major with accounting emphasis, has been selected to receive the Chan Sup Chang Business Scholarship. Established in 2006 as a gift to Dr. Chan Sup Chang by his two sons, Dr. Mark Chang and Dr. David Chang, the scholarship is awarded to Lander business majors who have demonstrated leadership qualities.
