Lander University invites you to schedule a group visit. Please register below and our Group Tour Coordinator will contact you to confirm the date and time of your visit. Please be sure to provide details about your group so we can tailor the visit to your students. If you would like to speak to our Group Tour Coordinator, please call us at 1-888-4LANDER or email

When registering for a group visit, please indicate your preferred date and arrival time on the form and our coordinator will contact you to confirm the date and time of your visit. Please note that Lander schedules many group tours and the dates/times you submit are not guaranteed. Do not make any plans until you are contacted by our Group Tour Coordinator. In order to provide the best possible campus visit to Lander, group tours are typically scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Please note that all other requests will be considered.

Campus Visit Experience

Campus visits for students typically include a campus tour and an admissions presentation. If you are interested in other options, we will do our best to tailor a visit that’s right for your group. Please be sure to include special requests in the registration along with information about the group.

Lunch at Lander

Lander invites you to join us for lunch in the all-you-can-eat dining hall for a special group rate of $7.81 per person.  Payment options include cash, checks, or credit/debit cards. Checks can be made payable to Aramark.

Visit Lander

See more information on directions to Lander and a map. While visiting the campus, we also encourage you to explore the great city of Greenwood and check out a Lander athletic event, musical performance, or one of the many events on Lander's campus.

Lander requires all group tours to bring chaperones. We request that you provide at least one chaperone for every 10-15 students. Each chaperone will be responsible for their students throughout the visit. Lander students give the campus tours and they are not responsible for the students' behavior while on campus.

Tips for Tours

  • Please schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance and provide the name and number of someone we can contact on the day of the visit, if necessary.
  • Please arrive on time or call if you are going to be late.
  • Please ask your students and chaperones to turn off all cell phones prior to arriving on campus so that they do not miss any of the exciting information we have to share with them.
  • Please encourage your students to come prepared with questions so that they can make the most of their campus visit.
  • We hope that your group enjoys your visit and will come back and see us again!
