nursing studentsThe Health Promotion and Wellness program prepares individuals to provide holistic care in a variety of settings to diverse clients across the lifespan. The Genetic Health Studies emphasis is intended for students who are interested in studying the role of genetics and genomics in the promotion of health and preventing disease. It will prepare graduates to work in clinical support level positions in genetic health care settings, as Genetic Counseling Assistants or to pursue graduate education for genetic counseling.
