Employees

  1. An employee who believes that he/she has been subjected to discrimination or sexual harassment by anyone may choose and is encouraged to promptly tell the person that the conduct is unwelcome and ask them to stop. However, this is not a requirement if you believe this may be confrontational. You reserve the right to file a complaint and are not required to confront the individual before filing a complaint. Any person who receives such a request to stop any inappropriate and unwelcomed behavior or conduct must immediately comply with it and must not retaliate against the employee.
  2. The employee may file a discrimination or sexual harassment complaint with one of the Coordinators. A supervisor/manager has a responsibility to report any misconduct observed or reported, even if the individuals involved do not report directly to you, the supervisor.

A student who believes that he/she has been subjected to discrimination or sexual harassment by anyone may choose and is encouraged to promptly tell the person that the conduct is unwelcome and ask them to stop. Any person who receives such a request to stop any inappropriate and unwelcomed behavior or conduct must immediately comply with it and must not retaliate against the employee.
  2. The student may file a discrimination or sexual harassment complaint with one of the Coordinators. A supervisor/manager has a responsibility to report any misconduct observed or reported, even if the individuals involved do not report directly to you, the supervisor.
