Parking Citation Appeal Form
In order to be able to print the appeal form, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
Instructions for the form are as follows:

Print the appeal form on your printer.

Fill in the information as requested.

Attach a copy of the citation to the form and turn in to the University Police Department within 10 days from the date of the citation.

Results of the appeal will be mailed to the address you give on the form.
