Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne
This practical workbook contains a complete discussion of phobias and anxiety disorders and suggests step-by-step methods of treating them. Each chapter concludes with a summary of "Things to Do". The book includes questionnaires and exercises.
