Currently UPC is not accepting applications for membership.  A message will be sent out to the Lander student body when membership applications are available.

 In order to be prepared for when the applications are available to membership, here are the responsibilities and duties of the General Council Members are as follows:
- GPA requirement of cumulative 2.5
- Must attend UPC weekly meetings, committee meetings and events
- Play an integral role in creating a fun, lively, and vibrant campus
- Be proactive and intentional in planning
- Attend ALL trainings, retreats and leadership programs
- Operate with clear understanding of University mission, policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and the Council Advisor to plan, promote, coordinate and assess student programming initiatives at Lander University.
