This clinic is to prepare prospective candidates for a collegiate cheer or dance tryout. It is open to rising high school seniors and above. It is designed to allow candidates the opportunity to familiarize themselves with our program, collegiate expectations, and to get advice from the coaching staff on the skills you should work on in preparation for an actual collegiate level cheer or dance tryout.
Cheerleaders will work on jump sequences, tumbling, and stunting. Dancers will work on leaps, turns, pom, jazz, and hip hop. All athletes will learn conditioning exercises to prepare your body for the high demands of collegiate cheer and dance.
