Open House

The Office of Admissions hosts two Fall and two Spring Saturday open house events, providing you with an opportunity to tour the beautiful campus and residence halls. You can also visit the academic department of your choice and speak with representatives from housing, financial aid, academic support, athletic, student life, student organizations, admissions, and other support areas.

Please join us at Lander University to meet with students and faculty and experience our campus. Call 1-888-4LANDER or 864.388.8307 for more information.

Upcoming Dates:

  • All prospective students attending Open House will be required to visit ONE academic department during Open House. During this time, students will receive detailed information about a particular major from faculty of that area. If students are undecided, this is a great opportunity to learn more about a possible major of interest. Please use the Department & Major List to determine which majors belong to each department.
  • Please note that Lander University's Open House includes a walking tour of the campus. If you or your family members are unable to tour the campus by foot, please register for a weekday campus visit in order for us to provide you with a personal visit tailored to meet your needs.

For more information such as directions to Lander, accommodations, dining and a campus map please see our visitor information page. While visiting the campus, we also encourage you to explore the Greenwood area.
