Technology Resource Assistance Center for Students
Lander's Department of Information Technology Services is pleased to announce the creation of a new help center for student laptops. The Technology Resource Assistance Center for Students will provide assistance for student laptops and network connections in the residence halls. TRACS is located on the lower level of Jackson Library adjacent to the Computer Commons.
TRACS Mission Statement
It is the mission of the TRACS to provide quality support to Lander University students with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise and to develop and enhance the technical skills of Lander University students.
TRACS Hours and Location
- TRACS Hours
During Spring and Fall Semester: Monday – Friday: 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m.
- TRACS Hours During Summer Semesters: Monday – Thursday: 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m.
- TRACS is located on the lower level of Jackson Library adjacent to the Computer Commons
- TRACS may be open additional hours throughout the year for special events such as Student Expo Sessions, and during Freshman Move-in and Orientation. Please check the signage located throughout the Computer Commons for announcements of extended hours.
