Professional dispositions are those values, attitudes and traits that are associated with the best practices for effective teaching. The Lander University teacher preparation programs focus on those professional dispositions which effective teachers develop and model to promote student success.

Lander University Center for Recruitment & Project CREATE

PlusONE is an articulation agreement between Lander University and Piedmont Technical College that will provide a gateway for students who would like to enter the education field. Any Lander University or Piedmont Technical College student pursuing a degree in teacher education may apply to participate in this program. Students considered for participation in the PlusONE Program must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours at his or her home institution while participating in the program. Participating students must remain in good standing with both Lander University and Piedmont Technical College.
Select courses are available to qualifying students at both institutions for the cost of a $5.00 transcript fee.
