Lander University business students receive scholarships

Lander University student Mihajlo Kozjak, right, of Belgrade, Serbia, a business administration major with economic/finance emphasis, has been selected to receive the International Student Scholarship. Claire Parks, center, of North Augusta, a business administration major with marketing/management emphasis, was awarded the Ed Troublefield Scholarship. Established in 1998 by The Lander Foundation in honor of W. Ed Troublefield, Jr., vice president for Business and Administration (1979-1998) and treasurer of The Lander Foundation (1982-1998), for his untiring dedication to the operation and development of Lander University and for his excellent stewardship of University and Foundation funds.  The scholarship is awarded to a full-time student majoring in business administration. The students are pictured with Lander's Dr. Mike Shurden, professor of business administration.
