Requesting A Transcript
Official transcripts are obtained from the Office of the Registrar, 320 Stanley Avenue, Campus Post Office Box 6008, Lander University, Greenwood, SC 29649. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 requires that all transcript requests be in writing, signed and dated by the person to whom the record belongs. Thus, email requests will not be honored.
No Official Transcript will be issued to or for a student who is indebted to Lander University. Once all debt is cleared, the student must contact the Registrar's Office.
You may make your request by using the transcript request form provided here for your convenience. The form is in a portable document format (pdf). You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view and print the form to a laser printer. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, you may go to www.Adobe.com and download your free copy. After completing the printed form, you may:

PLEASE ALLOW FOUR (4) WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS TRANSCRIPTS. NO PROCESSING FEE IS REQUIRED DUE TO NEW LANDER POLICY EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004.
A transcript of a student's record carries the following information: a detailed statement of the scholastic record showing courses pursued with semester hours used to calculate the GPA, semester hours earned, grades, grade points, the system of grading, all failures, repeats, incomplete grades, and academic penalties such as academic probation and suspension. A student's official record concerns academic performance only. No partial record will be issued.
