| Wednesday | May 14 | Tuition and Fee charges - In Bearcat Web, (Account Summary by Term), students must validate/accept charges for ALL summer classes by 5:00 p.m. or their summer class schedule will be canceled. Charges must be paid if additional registration occurs after validation/acceptance has been applied. |
| Thursday | May 15 | Registration and Drop/Add for Summer Session 1 continues through Monday, May 19 (first day of classes) in Bearcat Web. |
| Thursday | May 15 | Summer Session 1 classes with low enrollments will be reviewed for cancellation based on enrollment at 5:00 p.m. Students need to check their class schedule on Friday, May 16 in Bearcat Web after 12:00 noon. |
| Sunday | May 18 | Residence Halls Open |
| Monday | May 19 | Classes Begin |
| Monday | May 19 | Last day to Register and Drop/Add for Summer Session 1 classes. |

| Tuesday | May 20 | Withdraw from an individual class for Summer Session 1 with a "W" grade begins. No academic penalty, no tuition refund. |
| Monday | May 26 | Withdraw from an individual class for Summer Session 1 with a "W" grade ends. |

| Thursday | June 19 | Last day for a complete withdrawal from Summer Session 1. |

| Monday/Tuesday | August 11 & 12 | Summer graduates may pick up their diplomas in the Office of the Registrar with a picture ID. Remaining diplomas will be mailed to the student's Legal Permanent address listed in Bearcat Web on Thursday, August 14. |
