Bearcat Web Pin
How do I get a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access Bearcat Web (for first-time Bearcat Web users only who have not yet logged in )?
You need your Bearcat Web User ID (Lxxxxxxxx) and birthdate (in the format MMDDYY) in order to create your initial PIN.
If the information matches the information we have on file, you will be asked to create a Login Verification Security Question and Answer; this will allow you to automatically reset your PIN when you click on Forgot PIN. After you have submitted the Security Question and Answer, you will be asked to read and accept an Acceptable Usage Statement.
Forgotten or Disabled PINs
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will become disabled if you fail to log in correctly five consecutive times (e.g., five times with the same Bearcat Web User ID but an incorrect PIN).
Automatic reset procedures: You can use the automatic reset function by entering your Bearcat Web User ID and selecting Forgot Pin? and then providing an answer to a security question that you create (the question and answer should have no resemblance to the PIN). By doing so, you will be able to reset your PIN and re-gain access to your information without calling for assistance.
