Medical Technology Emphasis

The Bachelor of Science degree in Biology provides students with comprehensive training that spans the spectrum of biological disciplines from molecular through field biology.

The Medical Technology Emphasis provides additional clinical laboratory training at an accredited hospital, including hematology, urinalysis, clinical biochemistry, and microbiology.

With a national shortage of board-certified Medical Technologists, graduates enjoy numerous employment opportunities in hospital and biomedical laboratories, where they may command high starting salaries.
