Cliff Roberts, ’07
Eighth-grade math teacher at West View Middle School

Cliff Roberts had wanted to be a teacher since he was in the fifth grade at Gilbert Middle School in Lexington County. Now, 12 years later, he has achieved his goal. “Mathematics is one of my passions and I love teaching,” he said. Roberts was attracted to Lander by its Department of Mathematics and Computing and the university’s size. “The small school environment fit me best.”
