Checklist for Returning Students
An application should be submitted by any former student whose attendance at Lander University has been interrupted for at least one semester or longer.
Summer sessions do not constitute major semesters.

Complete an application (online preferred)

Submit official transcripts from all colleges attended since last enrollment at Lander University
Applying after a Suspension
A student wishing to return to the University after having served their term of suspension must also:

Complete the Appeal for Readmission form (PDF);

Request a meeting with the department chairperson or your advisor, if applicable, to discuss academic goals and objectives;

Write a letter explaining the circumstances of the suspension and what measures have been
taken to correct this in the future.
The Admissions and Petitions Committee meets at least once during each month of the year; the specific meeting dates and times are posted outside the Office of the Registrar (Learning Center 122).
