Purpose Statement
It is the Admissions Office mission to recruit and enroll new students to Lander University; provide information regarding the University to all prospective undergraduate and graduate students; and to provide quality service and assistance to students in all phases of the admission process.
The Office of Admissions recruits students, evaluates applicants' credentials including transfer and military credit...monitors compliance with NCAA Division II admission standards for athletes, determines residency status for tuition purposes, evaluates international students' academic credentials and directs and monitors compliance with visa requirements. In addition, the Office regularly assesses the effectiveness of its policies and procedures to make sure they are consistent with the goals of the University.
