Many graduate courses at Lander University may satisfy a portion of the recertification requirements for all teachers, including those at the secondary level. Due to the changing nature of recertification regulations, each teacher should be personally responsible for completing appropriate courses in time to renew their teaching credentials. No other documents or records are required unless the student intends to earn a second undergraduate degree.
For Teachers in South Carolina
The admissions office will verify with the State Department of Education whether the student has a valid S.C. Teachers Certificate.
