I am a Head Resident Assistant, a member of the Lander Professional Business Society and a student member of the Self Disciplinary Committee. I chose Lander University as the place to further my education because it is a home away from home. Lander’s small class sizes and the School of Management’s accreditation sealed the deal for me.

I was attracted to Lander because of its outstanding College of Business and Public Affairs. With its AACSB accreditation, the School of Management stands alongside the best in the world. The classes are smaller, giving the students a more personal relationship with professors to enhance their education. The professors are engaged in the students' education, helping them to strive for a successful future. As a member and chief executive officer of the Lander Professional Business Society I have had an opportunity to use the knowledge I gained from the classroom to focus on academic and professional development. As an intern through the School of Management I have also had an opportunity to gain experiences and knowledge beyond the classroom and in a real-world environment preparing me for a future in accounting and taxation. This department gives students opportunities and education to truly prepare them for a successful future.
