Student Testimonials

CourtneyCourtney
I’m from Saluda and I’ve always enjoyed being in Greenwood. I’ve watched Greenwood evolve and transition into the kind of city that has a lot of potential for future growth. I chose Lander for this reason because, for me, Lander is the heart of Greenwood and its growth. Yet, it is Lander’s faculty who have enriched my entire experience at the university and in the city. The professors in political science are great counselors who truly care about the ambitions of their students. For the past three years, they have educated me and provided me with the knowledge and skills that I’ll need to accomplish my dreams. Participating in the Political Science Association (PSA) at Lander has been great; it has brought me closer to Lander faculty, students and the Greenwood community. Attending Lander University has shaped me into the strong individual that I’ve always wanted to be.
